Shorefields CLC
Shorefields City Learning Centre is a fully equipped ICT and Creative Media facility offering schools, businesses and community users access to IT and media facilities. The centre offers users access to a state of the art factlity, including two fully equipped computer suites with 30 dual boot Mac / PC's, interactive whiteboards and highspeed Internet access.
We also have one dedicated Apple Mac suite with 12 individual editing stations, complimented by our Broadcasting and Production suite housing industry standard film and video equipment.
Further to our media suites we also have a large multi purpose room, with flexible seating for 30 - 50 people - an ideal venue for presentations with 2 large LCD TVs, interactive whiteboards and surround sound. We also have a smaller meeting room with Boardroom Seating for 20, Plasma screens, high-speed Internet access and drinks machine.
Finally the CLC can support schools with their media activities by hiring out equipment such as ipods, camcorders and digital cameras.
